How Do I Reserve a Room?
Rooms can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.
In the online reservation system:
- Select your preferred date and start time.
- Adjust the reservation end time.
- Submit your reservation. You’ll be asked to log in with your NYU * NetID to complete the process.
- You will receive an email confirmation.
If you have questions about Brause reservations or need help, email midtown.library@nyu.edu.
Can I use a study room without a reservation?
Yes, but keep in mind that you may be asked to leave if a user with a reservation arrives.
If neither room is available:
Students can use the 2 MediaScape pods in the northwest and southwest corners of the 5th floor. The pods have privacy shields so groups can collaborate without disturbing nearby classes. The pods are first-come, first-served.
There are also lounge areas on the 4th, 5th, and 10th floors of the NYU Midtown Center building.
