The Communications Team leads the internal and external communications strategy for the Division of Libraries. We design marketing materials, distribute email newsletters, and oversee the Libraries’ social media channels—all to help get the word out about how the Libraries can support the scholar in you! We create innovative, forward-thinking communications campaigns to help our community members synthesize and access the services, resources, and spaces they need to thrive. Our work highlights the scholarly, cultural, and artistic engagement opportunities in the Libraries—and the innovative research of our faculty.
We develop internal communication channels that facilitate effective information-sharing, build community among our colleagues, and promote transparency within the Libraries.
We help conceptualize innovative strategies to enhance the public visibility of the Libraries, promote and deepen the impact of our faculty research, and engage alumni and the community in our programs.
