Due to Covid-19 measures and restrictions, Campus Media is operating on a limited capacity.

  • Classroom Media Services:

    • We are offering help with the Zoom solutions installed in Registrar-scheduled classrooms.
    • We have suspended some equipment loans and course capture services until further notice.
  • Event Media Services:

    • We have resumed our services to support events that meet the University COVID-19 guidelines for Events & Gatherings.
    • Use the NYU Event Media Services form to request an event consultation.

Zoom Instruction Equipment in Classrooms

  • All classrooms have a Zoom solution for use during in-person instruction sessions. Visit the NYU Zoom page for Zoom Classrooms instructions and demo video.

  • Use the installed laptop to connect to the Zoom Box (processor) and flat panel, or projector, to display content and launch a zoom session.

  • Please do not use the installed AV equipment in classrooms. This equipment is disabled and not functional.

The Campus Media department offers a broad inventory of audio and video systems, digital display equipment, laptop computers (PC and Macintosh), and accessories for classroom support and special events.

Skilled staff provides demonstrations and training on the proper use of audio-visual equipment for faculty and staff.
