SciFinder Scholar includes information on more than 40 million substances and 18 million reactions (searchable by structure, formula, and chemical identifier) as well as over 30 million references, including journal articles, patents and other documents.

First-time users must create an account with their NYU email address.
SciFinder Scholar (client version)
Software is available on public workstations on the 9th Floor of Bobst Library. From Start menu, choose Programs/ Science Applications/ Scifinder Scholar.
Users wishing to download the client version of the software should contact Margaret Smith
