NYU faculty, administrators, and staff members are eligible to reserve computer classrooms in Bobst Library.
Each classroom can accommodate 22 people, with one person per workstation.
All hands-on classrooms cost $150/hour. You’ll need a departmental account code to process a request.
All transactions occur at the end of each academic semester.
Please schedule at least one week in advance. To ensure your preferred date, it’s best to request a classroom early in the semester (or even before the semester begins).
Please allow at least 3 business days (72 hours) for classroom confirmation.
To avoid any delays, please make sure all information provided in the form is correct, especially a valid NYU email and departmental account.
