Graduate Students:Graduate Students can reserve Graduate-only collaborative spaces located on lower level 1, the 4th floor and the 6th floor of the Bobst library. All rooms feature access to an LCD display monitor or projector/screen for working on presentations, and some have access to extended technology. Available sizes include small 1-2 person rooms, medium 4-6 person rooms, and large collaboratives for groups of 10-12. These rooms can be reserved for up to 3 hours at a time, limited to one reservation per day. Find more information here or log in to the reservation system with this link:

Locations:
Group study rooms are located in Bobst Library in the:
- Brine Library Commons (Lower Levels 1 and 2)
- All rooms have whiteboards
- Rooms feature either an LCD display monitor or a pulldown screen. Cables to connect laptops or projectors can be checked out from the Computer Center on Lower Level 1
- Brine Library Commons (Lower Level 2)
General Policies
- Group study room priority usage is for groups of 2 or more people with proof of advance reservation.
- Group study room users without reservations must vacate the room when requested by a group with proof of valid reservation.
- Single users in a group study room (with or without reservations) will be asked to vacate the room for groups of 2 or more studying together.
- Individual study rooms on LL2 may be reserved in advance. Individual study room users without reservations must vacate the room when requested by a user with proof of a valid reservation.
- Study rooms may not be used by any group or individual for more than 2 hours per day.
- Personal materials and library books may NOT be left unattended in the group or individual study rooms while in class, for extended periods of time, or overnight.
- Materials and personal items left unattended will be removed. Library books that are not checked out will be returned to the Stacks.
Reserving a Group Study Room (Lower Levels & 9th Floor)
- Reservations are accepted from NYU students.
- An NYU NetID is needed to complete the Electronic Reservation Form.
- Reservations for groups of two or more may be made:
- up to 14 days in advance
- for 2 hours maximum per day
- Groups with reservations must bring their email reservation confirmation form with them to the room.
- Group study room users without reservations must leave when requested by a group with proof of valid reservation.
- Rooms may not be reserved or "held" for one person only.
- There is a ten-minute grace period for reservations. If the group (2 or more people) is not present within the grace period, the reservation is invalid, and another group may use the room.
- Rooms cannot be reserved or held by placing personal belongings in them. Unattended items will be removed.
Reserving an Individual Study Room (Lower Level 2)
- Reservations are accepted from NYU students.
- An NYU NetID is needed to complete the Electronic Reservation Form.
- Reservations may be made:

- Individual study room users without reservations must leave when requested by a user with proof of a valid reservation.
