Course Reserves

Course reserve readings are materials that instructors have asked the library to place on reserve for their students.

Find Course Reserve Readings

To find a list of materials on reserve for your course, use the Course Reserves tab in BobCat and search by author, title, instructor, course name, or department. 

 

Most print reserve items are held at Course Reserves, on Lower Level 2 (LL2) of Bobst Library.

 

Videos on reserve are located at the Avery Fisher Center (AFC) on the second floor of Bobst Library.

 

Loan Period

Most items have a time limit of two hours. Items may be borrowed overnight beginning 2 hours before Course Reserves closes (link again). Items borrowed overnight are due the following morning, 30 minutes after Course Reserves opens.

 

Fines

An overdue fine of $2.50 per hour (or any part of an hour) will be charged for late returns, with a maximum charge of $50.00.
