This guide lists selected reference materials relevant to the study of nutrition and food science. Bobst Library uses the Library of Congress Classification System to arrange materials in the library. Therefore, questions regarding science books or periodicals (call numbers beginning with Q, R, S or T, excluding TR, or those prefixed by "REF9") should be directed to the Science Reference Center on the 9th floor.
