| UV METER | Ultraviolet light rays are the most damaging part of the light striking our collections. They are responsible for photochemically induced deterioration. This UV meter measures UV levels at the light source, such as a window or light fixture. This result, as well as the light meter readings taken on the object, are inserted into a mathematical formula that determines the UV level on the object. |
