Data Service Studio Request Form

Please complete the information below to: request assistance, make an appointment with a DSS consultant, reserve a workstation in the DSS facility, or obtain software. You will receive an email confirming your request shortly after it is processed.

Request software — Obtain or request license acquisition of statistical or GIS software. See the ITS list of supported software
Tutorial related — Questions about our tutorial series, weekly clinics or class-based training sessions.
Analyze/manage data — Conduct quantitative, geographical and/or qualitative analysis via any of our supported software applications.
Find data — Access or acquire numeric and spatial data collections
Design surveys — Get assistance with survey questionnaire development, scanning, and access online survey development software.
Print — Utilize color or large format printers
Obtain research support — Consult with staff about research design and logistics

Appointment Information
