Use this form to request scheduled group viewings in AFC of up to 25 students, minimum of 5 students, per screening. Class size will determine maximum number of screenings allowed per video per class.

Program Information

Check AFC hours for opening and closing times. All viewings must end 15 minutes before closing. Viewings can begin 30 minutes after posted opening. All viewings must begin on the hour or half-hour. Viewings start promptly as scheduled.

Videos must be screened from beginning of program. No cueing or chapter search capabilities are available.
