NYU Faculty, NYUAD Faculty, Consortium Faculty, NYU Graduate Teaching Assistants, and NYU Ph.D. Candidates:
Use this form to schedule your video loans in advance. Videos will be pulled from the shelves and will be waiting for you at the pickup time you specify. Up to five videos may be borrowed at one time.
This request form is for loans outside the library building. To place videos on reserve for students to watch in the AFC, use the AFC Reserve Request Form. To schedule a group viewing in the library, use the Group Viewing Form.
Videos shelved inside the AFC require three (3) business hours to process for requests placed Monday through Friday, and Twenty Four (24) business hours on Saturday and Sunday.
Videos shelved in the offsite annex (check the location carefully in BobCat) require 1-3 business days to process, the longest wait being over the weekend.
Abu Dhabi Faculty: Please make your request 5 days in advance to allow for processing and shipment of materials to Abu Dhabi, with an added 1-3 business days for items with an offsite location.
Your booking will be confirmed via e-mail by AFC staff.
