NYU Libraries and NYU’s Class of 2006 have provided all alumni with free, off-site access to a package of premium electronic resources through ProQuest including:


•   ProQuest Research Library for more than 4,700 titles – over 3,300 in full text – on a broad range of subjects including arts, children, education, humanities, international, law, military, multicultural, psychology, sciences, social sciences, and women's interests (more info)


•   ProQuest ABI/INFORM Complete for journals, industry and regional publications on business, finance, and economics


•   ProQuest Health Management for journals and magazines on health and business


•   ProQuest Newspapers including The New York TimesThe Washington Post, and other important U.S., international, and minority interest papers



RefWorks

Courtesy of NYU Libraries, Alumni have access to RefWorks, an online tool for managing and sharing references. RefWorks is similar to tools like EndNote, but there is no software to load. Use RefWorks to format documents including footnotes and bibliographies in dozens of styles like MLA, APA, etc.


•   Current users of RefWorks who graduate will be able to maintain their current RefWorks content, but should change account information to an Alumni User from the Tools-Update User Info section of their account


•   New Alumni users should create an account (please call Michael Pittman at 212-998-2446 for the Group Code)
